Hello crafty friends!
For the background, I used the Stitched Heart Lattice Press Plate. The delicate heart lattice pattern adds so much interest and texture while keeping the design light and airy. I love how the little stitched details create a subtle contrast against the white cardstock and give the background a beautiful, elegant finish.
To keep the focus on the flowers, I left the background white and used soft green ink to highlight the stitched pattern. The green lattice ties all the floral elements together and creates a lovely frame for the colorful bouquet of flowers.
For the flowers, I used the Petite Florals Stamp Set and heat-embossed the images in white to create delicate, defined outlines. I then colored the flowers using the coordinating stencils, which made it easy to add soft shades of pink, yellow, peach, and lavender, along with fresh green leaves.
The coordinating stencils are perfect for adding color quickly and precisely while keeping the design soft and delicate. I love how the heat-embossed outlines stand out against the gentle colors and give the flowers a beautiful, finished look.
Arranging the individual floral images across the card panel creates a playful, scattered floral design that feels balanced and full of movement. The combination of heat embossing, soft ink blending, and the stitched heart lattice background makes this card feel fresh, elegant, and full of springtime charm.
To finish the card, I added a bold black Happy birthday sentiment across the center. The combination of the clean, modern lettering and the soft floral images creates a lovely contrast and makes the greeting stand out.
The new Pinkfresh Studio Gather & Bloom Release is perfect for anyone who loves floral designs and delicate background details. The Stitched Heart Lattice Press Plate pairs beautifully with the Petite Florals Stamp Set, making it easy to create a colorful card that still feels light and elegant.
I hope this card inspires you to experiment with soft colors, floral arrangements, and patterned backgrounds in your own projects!
Thank you so much for stopping by, and happy crafting!
