Pinkfresh Studio May 2022 Stamp, Die, Stencil, and Hot Foil Release

The May Release includes a beautiful variety of Stamps Sets, Layering Stencils, 

Dies and HotFoilPlates.

Today I would like to share this lovely card, which is perfect for a wedding card.

From the new Release I used the following products for my card:

Celebrate in Style Stamp Set combined with Celebrate in Style Layering Stencils and

 the Coordinating Dies Celebrate in Style

For the background I used the Stitched Diamonds Coverplate Die

The card base is slightly larger, measuring 5 3/4 by 4 1/2 inches

but that way the die cut background stands out much more beautifully.

The interesting thing about my card is definitely the cake with its structure.

To create it, I cut out the two-tiered cake from one piece of card stock and 

then heat embossed it three times in a row with White.

That already yields a nice dimension.

Then I took the "scribbles" from the stamp set and 

stamped them with Versamark on the White Cake,

 and heated them again with a Pale Pink Embossing Powder.

The effect I find so beautiful, the heating mixes the two shades just a little bit and it looks almost real.

From my experience, a colored embossing powder suits best when transparent. But just try it out with the powders you have at home. 

I then placed the cake on the die cut cake plate and 

arranged it at the center of the card.

Finally, the cake is supplemented with the small, 

delicate flowers that you also find in the stamp set. 

The flowers are colored with the Layering Stencils in soft pink and green.

Of course, a few Golden Pearls cannot be missing, 

as they give the card the last finish.

For the sentiment I chose a simple Celebrate from 

the HotFoil Plate Set Perfect Sentiments. 

Foiled in Gold, so everything fits together perfectly.
