Pinkfresh Studio “Homespun with Heart” Release Blog Hop

Hello Crafty Friends!

I'm so happy to  be joining the Pinkfresh Studio Homespun with Heart Release Blog Hop todays to share a card that celebrates all things handmade, thoughtful, and stitched with love.

For this project, I leaned into the cozy, crafty vibe of the release and focused on texture, soft layers, and tiny details that feel lovingly assembled -- just like a favorite sewing notion tin.

The focal point of my card is the adorable Thread Spool, wrapped with soft green "thread", made with the Stitch Edit: Thread Spool Die and Stencil Set, and paired with a needle made from the Stitch Edit: Maker's Essentials for an authentic look.

I love how this instantly brings a handmade, homespun feel to the card. A tiny button from the Stitch Edit: Notion Story Die Set adds just a hint of sparkle and draws the eye without overwhelming the design.

Behind the spool, I added a light, gauzy fabric layer to soften the background and create contrast against the crisp white card base. This subtle texture gives the card a gentle, cozy depth while keeping the overall look clean and modern.

The sentiment "For Someone Special" from the Stitch Edit: Heartmade Details Stamp Set is stamped vertically along the side, balancing the composition and reinforcing the heartfelt theme of the release. Sometimes simple placement can make the biggest impact.

Products Used:

The Sticht Edit: Notion Story Die and Stencils

The Stitch Edit: Thread Spool Die

The Stitch Edit: Heartmade Details Stamp Set

These sets work beautifully together ans make is so easy to create projects that feel personal, warm, and truly handmade.

This release is perfect for anyone who loves stitching, sewing, or simply appreciates the beauty of handcrafted details. Whether you add real thread, fabric, or keep it all paper-based, the possibilities are endless -- and so much fun to explore.

Be sure to hope along to see all the amazing inspiration from the rest of the team.

Thank you so much for stopping by, and enjoy the Homespun with Heart release!
